All financial activity is tracked. We generate reports and include them in the monthly owner statement. Reports contain year-to-date totals and percentages, which make it easier to prepare taxes and to monitor the cash flow progress throughout the year. We also include a general ledger and copies of all invoices in the monthly statement package.
Upon your requests, we pay tax, utility, and other bills at no extra charge. Client must pay insurance.
Our maintenance team strives for a 24-hour turn-around time for normal maintenance requests.

We consider Tenant screening to be critical to the performance of the property. We screen every tenant before placing. We obtain credit information, and we contact the applicant's current and previous landlord as well as their employer.
