Mark Di Tommaso

Mark Di Tommaso was born and raised in San Diego, CA.  Being a San Diego native, he has lived in the communities of Nestor, Scripps Ranch, and Mission Bay Park.  Throughout Mark’s entire life, he has only spent three months living away from America’s Finest City.  His theory is this: When you live in a place as nice as San Diego…why live anywhere else?

In 2007, Mark obtained his real estate broker’s license and began his training in real estate.  Of course, this happened to be the beginning of the biggest economic downturn this country has seen since the Great Depression.  In order to thrive in real estate, Mark mastered the science of short sales, and successfully closed many real estate transactions for families who were in financial distress.

Southern California Real Estate and Investments, Inc., doing business as SoCal eRealty, was born in 2008.  SoCal eRealty is a green brokerage, working to reduce the carbon footprint left by it’s 15 team members.  We strive to use electronic signatures on all documents, and only print when necessary.

As the real estate market changes for the better and short sales begin to disappear, Mark’s desire to help people out of bad situations burns ever stronger.  He is a proud contributing member of REO4Kids, helping San Diego children in need through significant charitable donations.

Mark is the co-founder of Golden State Property Management, and serves as Broker of Record for the company.

Larry Breitfelder - Navas

Larry entered the real estate industry during the 1980’s as a full service property manager.   His account load included single family residences, apartment buildings, commercial facilities and Homeowner Associations.

Based on experience and his desire to maximize long term profits for client, Larry has found that the most important skills in the management of investment property include the ability to recognize and work well with those who are trustworthy.  Whether as tenants or vendors.

Larry has been a leader in both business and community affairs.  Formerly active on the   Chamber of commerce economic development and public affairs committees as well as being a loaned executive for the Orange County United Way.  For a number of years Larry was an elected director for a local Water Utility with oversight responsibility for an operating budget in the vicinity of $100 million. 

Larry is currently focused on the perfection of Golden State Property Management and his Presidency of the Chula Vista Taxpayers Association.
